1. Return Policy by Region

1.1 For Customers in Europe (EU, EEA & UK)

If you are ordering from the European Union, the European Economic Area (e.g., Norway), or the United Kingdom, you possess a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

• General Returns: You can return your clothing items within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
• Sizing Exchanges: If a garment does not fit, you can exercise your right of withdrawal to return it for a refund and comfortably place a new order in the correct size.
• How to proceed: Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Reach out via our Contact Form or directly at contact@support.reinwort.com so we can provide you with the correct return address assigned to your specific order.
• Costs: You will be responsible for the direct costs of the return shipping.

1.2 For Customers in the Rest of the World (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia)

Because our products are made to order to avoid overproduction and protect our environment, we cannot accept general returns, refunds, or sizing-related exchanges for orders outside of Europe. Please make sure to check our sizing charts carefully before purchasing. If your item has a quality defect, our Quality Guarantee (below) applies worldwide!

2. Quality Guarantee (Worldwide)

Quality is our conviction. If your product arrives with a print error, damage, or any visible quality issue, we will provide a replacement or a full refund immediately. For any quality concerns, please contact us via our Contact Form within 30 days of receiving your order and provide a clear photograph of the product on a flat, well-lit surface with the error displayed.

3. Refund Processing Times

Once a cancellation or an authorized return is processed by our shop platform, funds are automatically issued back to your original payment method:

• PayPal: Refunds will appear in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours.
• Credit / Debit Card: Refunds will appear in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that digital donations, tips, or locked text messages are immediately fulfilled and are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once the checkout payment is complete.
